Pengenalan Huruf  [Letter Recognition]

 Alfabet Hangeul terdiri dari 24 huruf (jamo)— 14 huruf mati (konsonan) dan 10 huruf hidup (vokal). Sebenarnya Hangeul masih mempunyai 3 konsonan dan 1 buah huruf vokal, namun dihilangkan. Selain untuk menuliskan bahasa Korea, Hangeul juga dipakai untuk bahasa suku Cia-Cia, di Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia.

1.ㄱ = Giyeuk 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as G or K.
2. ㄴ = Nieun 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as N.
3. ㄷ = Digeut 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as D or T.
4. ㄹ = Rieul 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as R or L.
5. ㅁ = Mieum 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as M.
6. ㅂ = Bieup 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as p or b.
7. ㅅ = Siyot 
      This is a consonant and it's pronounced as S.
8. ㅇ = Ieung 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as NG.
9. ㅈ = Jieut
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as J or C.
10. ㅊ = Chieut 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as CH.
11. ㅋ = Kieuk 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as Kh.
12. ㅌ = Tieut 
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as Th.
13. ㅍ = Pieup (Ph)
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as Ph.
14. ㅎ = Hieuh (H)
     This is a consonant and it's pronounced as H.
